  • 1 cup salsa verde
  • 4 oz pepper jack cheese, sliced
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts in the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
