  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce

  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack on top.
  2. Rinse chicken wings under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, hot sauce, garlic powder, soy sauce, honey, and cayenne pepper to create the glaze.
  4. Toss the dried wings in half of the sauce until well-coated.
  5. Arrange wings on the wire rack in a single layer and bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
  6. In the last five minutes, brush additional sauce over the wings before removing from the oven.
