  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
  • 4 cups leafy greens (romaine or spinach)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup sliced dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp relish

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Wash and chop the leafy greens and cherry tomatoes. Slice the pickles.
  2. Form the Patties: Divide ground beef into four equal portions (about 4 ounces each) and loosely shape them into balls.
  3. Heat the Pan: Preheat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat until smoking hot. Add a touch of oil if desired.
