Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 500g)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 200g ramen noodles
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust for heat)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your stove to medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large pot and cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from pot and let rest before slicing.
  2. 2. In the same pot, boil water and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions (about 3-4 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. 3. Pour chicken broth into the pot and stir in sriracha sauce. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. In a separate pan, combine heavy cream, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil over low heat. Stir until smooth (approximately 3-4 minutes).
  5. 5. Add sliced chicken and cooked ramen to the broth mixture, tossing gently until combined. Heat on low for another minute.
  6. 6. Serve hot, drizzling with creamy garlic sauce.
