Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb flank or sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Chop the steak into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic. Grate the fresh Parmesan cheese.
  2. 2. Seasoning Time: Season the steak pieces generously with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Sear Those Steak Bites: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter until bubbly. Add steak bites in batches and sear each side for about 2-3 minutes until browned.
  4. 4. Create Your Garlic Butter: Lower the heat after searing all steaks and add remaining butter along with minced garlic. Stir constantly for about one minute until fragrant.
  5. 5. Make It Creamy: Slowly pour in heavy cream while stirring continuously. Mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. 6. Combine & Serve: Return steak bites to the skillet and coat thoroughly with the sauce. Cook on low heat for another minute before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
