  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 packs (6 oz) instant ramen noodles
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp honey or brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Chop the vegetables into uniform sizes. Boil water for the ramen.
  2. Cook the ramen according to package instructions (about 3 minutes). Drain and toss with sesame oil to prevent sticking.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (5 minutes).
