  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  3. Cut in Butter: Using a pastry cutter or two forks, cut the cold butter into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix heavy cream, dried cranberries, and white chocolate chips. Gently fold this mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
