Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 large egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 cup cranberry sauce (whole-berry preferred)
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well using your hands.
Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (75°C).
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberry sauce, balsamic vinegar, and honey. Stir until well blended and simmer for about five minutes until slightly thickened.
Drizzle or toss the baked meatballs in the glaze to coat evenly.
