  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash the cauliflower florets thoroughly and pat them dry with a towel.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, brown sugar, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper until combined.
  4. Place the cauliflower florets in a large mixing bowl and pour the seasoning mixture over them. Toss until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the coated cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
  6. While roasting, mix soy sauce and lime juice in another small bowl. Drizzle over the roasted cauliflower before serving.
