Sweet Chili Chicken Wraps offer a delightful blend of tender chicken, crisp vegetables, and sweet chili sauce, all wrapped in a warm tortilla for a quick and satisfying meal.

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup cucumbers, sliced
  • 4 flour or corn tortillas
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken breasts in sweet chili sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken for about 6–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F / 75°C).
  3. While the chicken cooks, slice bell peppers and cucumbers.
  4. Warm tortillas in foil in an oven at 350°F (175°C) for about five minutes or microwave for about 20 seconds.
  5. Lay out warm tortillas and place sliced chicken in the center.
  6. Add fresh vegetables on top and drizzle with extra sweet chili sauce if desired.
  7. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom to secure fillings.
