Enjoy a delightful dish featuring tender chicken coated in a sweet garlic sauce, perfectly paired with rice noodles for a quick and satisfying meal any night of the week!

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 8 oz rice noodles

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Toss in chicken until coated. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Boil water in a large pot and add rice noodles. Cook according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, add a splash of oil and the marinated chicken (reserve some marinade). Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
  5. Add remaining marinade to the skillet and simmer for another 2 minutes until thickened.
  6. Toss cooked noodles into the skillet with the chicken mixture until well combined and heated through.
