  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives or green onions
  • 1 large loaf of Italian or French bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy; remove and chop. In the same skillet, cook seasoned chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let cool and shred.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with chopped bacon, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and chives.
  4. Hollow out the top of the bread loaf carefully, leaving enough on the sides.
  5. Generously stuff the chicken mixture into the hollowed-out bread.
  6. Place stuffed bread on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
