1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp espresso powder
1 cup toffee bits

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8×8 inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Stir until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, espresso powder, and sea salt. Gradually fold this mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined—be careful not to overmix.
Gently fold in the toffee bits into the batter.
