  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 4 Butterfinger candy bars, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix well. Add peanut butter and blend until smooth. Incorporate eggs one at a time.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 25-30 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  5. Remove from the oven; sprinkle with chopped Butterfinger while warm. Cool completely at room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours before serving.
