1 box (15.25 oz) red velvet cake mix
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
16 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract

In a large mixing bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Mix until smooth.

Place one layer of red velvet cake on a serving plate. Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over it.
Top with the second layer of red velvet cake and spread the remaining cheesecake mixture on top.
Decorate with sliced strawberries just before serving.
