Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; sauté seasoned chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and half the cheddar cheese.
  5. Layer half the spaghetti in the baking dish; place the chicken on top and pour the sauce evenly over it. Add remaining spaghetti on top.
