  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  4. Mix ketchup and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl; spread half over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing; drizzle with remaining sauce before serving.
