½ cup unsalted butter, melted
24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
4 large eggs, room temperature
1 cup eggnog
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
Bake for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.
In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
Gradually add sugar while mixing until well combined.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Pour in eggnog, nutmeg, and cinnamon; mix until smooth.
Pour filling over prepared crust in the springform pan.
Bake for about 55-60 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
