  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture; stir until just combined.
  5. Cover dough with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough, roll in powdered sugar, and place on prepared baking sheets about two inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until crinkled on top. Allow to cool before serving.
