  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 cup fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 cups creamy Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil salted water in a large pot.
  2. Cook pasta shells until al dente according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, spinach, garlic, sour cream, and half the Parmesan until combined.
  4. Stuff each shell with about two tablespoons of the filling and place them in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour Alfredo sauce over the shells and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake another 10 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
