  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated aged Asiago cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper, then place them in the baking dish.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, and half of the Asiago cheese. Stir until heated through.
  4. Pour the sauce over chicken and sprinkle with remaining Asiago cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
