  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two loaf pans.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, and one egg until smooth; set aside.
