  • 1/2 cup chipotle ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1. Marinate chicken breasts in chipotle ranch dressing for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. 2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Remove from grill and let rest before slicing.
