Ingredients
Scale
12 ounces rotini pasta
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup dill pickles, roughly chopped
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
Instructions
Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
Brown the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks. Drain excess grease and set aside.
Prepare the Dressing: In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and dried onion flakes until smooth and creamy.
Combine Ingredients: Add cooled rotini pasta, browned beef, chopped dill pickles, shredded lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese into the bowl with dressing. Toss gently until everything is well-coated.
Chill: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
Serve: Scoop generous portions onto plates or into bowls. Optionally garnish with extra pickles or cheese if desired.
