  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons dried onion flakes

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
  2. Brown the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks. Drain excess grease and set aside.
  3. Prepare the Dressing: In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and dried onion flakes until smooth and creamy.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Add cooled rotini pasta, browned beef, chopped dill pickles, shredded lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese into the bowl with dressing. Toss gently until everything is well-coated.
