Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Vegetable oil for frying (enough to cover half the chicken pieces)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs. Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with panko.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot (around 350°F).
  4. Fry the coated chicken in batches for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
  5. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, and honey until smooth.
  6. Toss the fried chicken in the sauce until evenly coated before serving.
