1 egg, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp sriracha (adjust for spice level)
8 small flour or corn tortillas
2 cups shredded cabbage (green or purple)

Instructions
Pat shrimp dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Set up a breading station: In one bowl, combine flour with a pinch of salt. In another bowl, place the beaten egg. In a third bowl, add panko breadcrumbs.
