  • 2 cups graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 can (16 oz) chocolate frosting

Instructions

  1. In a rectangular baking dish (9×13 inches), layer graham crackers to cover the bottom completely.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth and thickened (about 2 minutes).
  3. Gently fold in half of the Cool Whip until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour half of the pudding mixture over the first layer of graham crackers and spread evenly.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding mixture.
  6. Pour the remaining pudding mixture over this layer and top with one more layer of graham crackers.
  7. Spread the remaining Cool Whip evenly over the top layer of graham crackers.
  8. Spread chocolate frosting over the Cool Whip layer.
  9. Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight to set before serving.
