  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 2 cups carrots (chopped)
  • 2 cups baby potatoes (or regular potatoes, cubed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Prepare a large roasting pan.
  2. Prepare Your Roast: Season the chuck roast generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
