Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, matcha powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter until smooth.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently fold together using a spatula until just combined; lumps are okay.
