Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers (about 10 wrappers)
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground pork. Drain excess grease, then add cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, garlic powder, and Sriracha. Stir until combined and veggies soften.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool slightly to avoid sogginess when wrapping.
  3. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Place about two tablespoons of filling near one corner and fold tightly while tucking in sides; moisten edges with water to seal.
  4. Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry egg rolls in batches until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes total), then drain on paper towels.
  5. Serve warm with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
