Ingredients
Scale
1 loaf French bread
8 ounces spaghetti
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the French bread in half lengthwise to create two large boats.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic. Spread this mixture generously over both halves of the bread.
Place the garlic bread halves on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
While the bread is baking, boil water in a pot and cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked spaghetti with grated parmesan cheese and toss in your favorite sauce or olive oil.
Once the bread is golden and crispy, remove it from the oven. Generously fill each half with the spaghetti mixture.
Sprinkle extra parmesan cheese on top and return to the oven for an additional few minutes until bubbly and melted.
