  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook salmon fillets in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Let cool and flake into small pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, green onions, beaten eggs, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into compact patties, about 2 inches wide. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  5. While baking, combine sour cream, minced garlic, and dill in a small bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste.
