2–3 medium ripe bananas
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 large egg
⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup Nutella
Instructions
Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
Prepare Your Bananas: In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Add the sugar, egg, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
