  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 large egg
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Prepare Your Bananas: In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Add the sugar, egg, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Mix It All Together: Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients. Stir gently until just combined to avoid overmixing.
  5. Add Nutella: Fold half of the Nutella into the batter gently.
