  • 34 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated
  • 20 square wonton wrappers
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • Optional: avocado slices, cilantro, spicy mayo
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, sauté diced chicken breasts until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger halfway through cooking.
  4. Drizzle soy sauce and honey over cooked chicken; stir to coat and simmer for an additional minute.
