  • ½ cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined—avoid overmixing for fluffiness.
  5. Using a spoon or ice cream scoop, drop dollops of the biscuit mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  6. Bake for about 15–20 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
  7. Transfer to plates and serve warm with your favorite spreads.
