  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 oz bacon or sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced (mix of colors)
  • 1/2 cup onions, diced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter and transfer to a lined baking sheet.
  3. Cook bacon or sausage in a skillet over medium heat until crispy; drain excess fat.
