2 cups mashed potatoes
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or pepper jack)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 large egg

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, flour, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Shape the mixture into small balls about the size of golf balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet with space between each puff.
