8 ounces cremini or button mushrooms
1 cup heavy cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly. Slice the mushrooms into thin pieces and mince the garlic.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add sliced mushrooms and sauté until golden brown and tender (about 5 minutes).
Stir in minced garlic with the sautéed mushrooms. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
Gently fold in fresh spinach, cooking until wilted (about 3 minutes).
