  • 1 cup fresh or frozen sweet corn kernels
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger, sliced thinly

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Wash and chop all ingredients—dice chicken, slice ginger, and chop green onions.
