Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 4 round bread loaves (sturdy enough to hold the filling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Let rest before dicing.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Gradually add heavy cream while stirring. Incorporate Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with Italian seasoning and adjust salt to taste.
  3. Stir diced chicken into the sauce, allowing it to simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Hollow out each round bread loaf carefully, leaving enough bread at the base.
  5. Fill each bread bowl generously with the chicken Alfredo mixture. Top with extra Parmesan if desired.
  6. Place filled bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy on top.
