Experience the delightful fusion of sweet and savory flavors with this tender slow-cooked ham, perfect for family gatherings or special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 810 pound bone-in ham (fully cooked)

Instructions

  1. Place a slow cooker liner inside (if using) for easy cleanup. Set your fully cooked bone-in ham inside the cooker.
  2. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, ground cloves, and pineapple juice until well blended to create a flavorful glaze.
  3. Pour half of your glaze mixture over the ham, ensuring it is well coated. Reserve the other half for later.
  4. Cover your slow cooker and cook on low heat for about 6 hours or until heated through. Optionally, baste the ham with juices halfway through cooking.
  5. When there is about 1 hour left of cooking time, pour the remaining glaze over the ham to achieve that desired sticky finish.
  6. Once cooking is complete, transfer the ham to a cutting board and let it rest before slicing. Serve on plates drizzled with sauce.
