  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Prepare the Butternut Squash: Boil salted water in a pot, add cubed butternut squash, and cook until tender (about 10-15 minutes). Drain well.
  3. Mix the Casserole Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cooked butternut squash with shredded cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
