  • 8 slider buns
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese

  • 2 tbsp ketchup (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tomato, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey with onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form into small patties (about 4 ounces each).
  4. Bake on the prepared sheet for 20 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Add cheese on top of each patty and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until melted.
