  • 1/2 cup ketchup (plus extra for glazing)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • Red food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking pan with parchment paper.
