  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; place them in the baking dish.
  3. In a skillet, sauté spinach in olive oil over medium heat until wilted (3-4 minutes). Spread over chicken.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic powder, and half of the shredded cheese until smooth. Spread over spinach.
  5. Top with remaining shredded cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
