  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced (any color)
  • 1 cup jasmine or basmati rice
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables.
  2. Rinse rice under cold water until clear. In a pot, combine rice and 2 cups water; bring to boil, then simmer covered for 15-20 minutes.
