Ingredients
Scale
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a square baking pan (9×9 inches) or line it with parchment paper.
Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.
Allow the butter mixture to cool slightly, then whisk in eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla extract until smooth.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold this dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
Gently fold in mini marshmallows, chopped nuts, and half of the chocolate chips into the brownie batter.
Pour the batter into your prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes until edges are firm but center is still soft. Cool slightly before slicing into squares.
