  • 1 lb store-bought gnocchi
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 10 fresh sage leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs (or panko)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook gnocchi until they float (2-3 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, pumpkin puree, half of the Parmesan cheese, and chopped sage. Stir until warmed through (about 5 minutes).
