  • 1 cup pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Cover and refrigerate the mixture for at least one hour until firm.
  3. Scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
  4. Melt white chocolate chips in short intervals in the microwave until smooth.
  5. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before placing them on parchment paper.
  6. Let the truffles set at room temperature or in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.
