8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
For the Crust: Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-lock bag and rolling with a pin.
For the Mousse Filling: In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form (approximately 3 minutes).
